The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The provided toiletries, snacks, tea, coffee, and fresh milk in the fridge were a thoughtful touch. I especially enjoyed the superb breakfast with homemade bread. My dog even received a sausage and many treats, which he adored!!!
The street parking was sometimes difficult to find, especially during peak hours.

The location is excellent. The guest house is a very short walk to the beach and shops. This proximity made it easy to enjoy the seafront and explore the nearby areas without needing a car. The central position offered convenient access to local attractions.

The service included a free parking permit, allowing use on the street and in a nearby car park. Everything is beautifully decorated and well kept. The rooms are very nice and neat. The staff provided a warm and helpful welcome.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, and a full English breakfast. I enjoyed the homemade bread, both white and brown, which tasted amazing!!! There was careful thought put into the comfort of the customer.

The room had a tv and a dvd player. Tea, coffee, and chocolate were available, and even some chocolate bars and crisps were provided. There were tumblers and wine glasses. a fridge with bottled water and fresh milk (i really liked this!). The bathroom included soft, fluffy towels.

The room provided a double wardrobe and comfortable beds. There was tv for entertainment and coffee facilities for a refreshing drink whenever i wanted one. Such small details added to the quality.

i appreciated the short walk to all amenities. the proprietor was very friendly. the room had everything i needed, for example, toothbrush and toothpaste. fresh milk was available in the mini fridge. the breakfast was cooked nicely.
The room size is not adequate. The bathroom is tiny and difficult to use.
